Info Rental History

o Broken leases, evictions, and money owed to a landlord are automatic reasons for denial in MOST cases
o Positive rental history for the past 2 years is preferred
o Verifiable rental history does not typically include landlords who are your friends/family.
o No rental history is ALWAYS better than bad rental history, but depending on the property type the landlord may require an established rental track record.
