    1. Some landlords disclose that they do not rent to convicted felons.
    2. Registered sex offenders will be denied almost without exception.
    3. Other convictions are evaluated based on length of time since convicted, felony vs. misdemeanor, offense against person or property (i.e.- domestic violence, arson, armed robbery, etc.)
    4. DWI, misdemeanor drug possession, theft, domestic assault from 10 yrs ago, are examples of convictions that are unlikely to affect your chances of approval.
